I accepted his generous offer and was then able to really determine if this was the car I wanted. Being a cautious buyer I proceeded with examining the Carfax report, asking many questions, taking a 10 minute test drive with Michael in the car followed by an offer from him to take the car home overnight. He listened well, and within a few minutes was showing me a very attractive car that seemed to be perfect. Because I wasn’t sure what brand of car I wanted, Michael asked a few questions to help me articulate the basic idea of what I wanted and what I didn’t want. The team member who worked with me was Michael Comyns. Having just purchased my first car from Jeff’s Motorcars, I want to briefly share my buying experience.
If anyone asks where we got our car, and I’m sure they will, we’ll forward your name and number. And, thanks to you and Brent for staying until after 8:00 to finalize all the paperwork, as your dealership closes at 7:00. You engaged us in conversation that was helpful as I had told you how poorly we were treated at 2 other dealerships the past couple weeks.īeing that you started at Jeff’s a few months ago you didn’t fake it when we asked you questions you didn’t know the answer to, asking your manager for answers that worked well for us. You were courteous and helpful giving my wife and I information about the car without pressure to buy. We texted and emailed most of the day and drove after work to test drive.
Throughout the day we talked business and numbers without you seeing our trade in or us test driving the car. I called on Monday morning, and you answered a half hour before the dealership opened. We saw the Land Rover Discovery Sport on-line and drove to take a look at our dealership on Sunday.
In the past few weeks we have been to several dealerships that had cars we liked, but the salesperson or management turned us away. It’s not easy finding a dealership that has the used car selection as Jeff’s has. Thanks to you and Jeff’s Motorcars for helping us find the car we’ve been looking for. I could not thank them enough for all the help, and will continue my loyalty for many years to come. I have no intention of buying a car anywhere else as the entire operation from service to sales has been such a class act experience. My relationship with Jeffs started many years ago when I bought a Land Rover LR4 form Cody (who still works with them) and has continued to this day, now on my third vehicle. With Howards expertise and Hans’ easy going sales assistance I stopped in on a Monday morning (still driving the Audi) and in an hour made the switch with only signing my name…… it couldn’t have been any easier. I spent a few hours driving different cars, and after taking home an Audi for 3 or so days to drive I settled on making the trade for it. I appreciated their straight forwardness, and proceeded to meet with Hans and Howard about the option of trading it in on another vehicle. Their service department is second to none, and laid out for me all my options in plain English with realistic expectations. I did not have the patience to deal with it. Most recently I had a tough choice to make as I learned my Range Rover of which I purchased from Jeffs about 2 years ago needed an extensive repair. I have now worked with the team at Jeffs Motorcars to purchase 3 different vehicles, and every time it has been a great experience.
